HOOPLAB

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 1 November 2026

This page explains what happens to your email address when you join the HOOPLAB waitlist. HOOPLAB is an app in development. Right now the only personal data we collect is the email address you type into the waitlist form.

Who is responsible for your data

Data controller: [IMIĘ I NAZWISKO], a private individual based in Poland, running the HOOPLAB project.

Contact: [EMAIL KONTAKTOWY]

Write to that address for any question about your data or to use any of your rights listed below.

What we collect

Why we use it and on what legal basis

We don't sell your email, we don't share it with advertisers, and we don't use it for automated decisions or profiling.

Who processes the data for us

Both companies may process data in the United States. Google LLC and Cloudflare, Inc. take part in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which the European Commission recognises as giving an adequate level of protection; they also use the Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. When we start sending launch emails we may use an email service provider; we'll update this page with its name before we do.

How long we keep it

Until you withdraw your consent or ask us to delete it, and in any case no longer than 12 months after the HOOPLAB app launches (or after we stop the project, if that happens first). After that we delete the waitlist.

Your rights

You can at any time:

Giving us your email is voluntary. Without it we just can't put you on the waitlist.

Age

The waitlist is for people aged 16 or older. If you're younger, please don't sign up; ask a parent or guardian instead. If we learn that someone under 16 signed up, we'll delete their email.

Changes

If we change how we handle your data, we'll update this page and the date at the top. If the change is significant, we'll tell you by email before it applies.
